- Brand & Business Builder: As CEO and Co-Owner of Motherlode Provisions, he scaled a natural foods brand from concept to international distribution. He secured placements in major hotel chains such as Marriott, won international trade awards for exporting, and earner multiple product innovation awards — including first and second places in the World Hot Sauce Competition and Competition, as well as awards from the American Culinary Federation for ice sculpting and mystery box events.

In these positions, he directed large-scale culinary operations for events of up to 2,000 guests and led kitchen brigades of 12 to 30 people, preparing meals for politicians and celebrities.
- Education & Mindset: Leland holds Culinary Arts qualifications from Johnson County Community College and a B.A. in Human Development and Family Life from the University of Kansas, with a focus on Organisational Behaviour Management and Industrial-Organisational Psychology.
